My first quilt is complete and finished!  It’s not perfect but it’s finished.  I watched alot of YouTube to help me along the way.  The Missouri Star Quilt Company tutorials really helped me the most to hone my skills before attempting my very first real live quilt.  The quilt top is a disappearing nine patch block pieced together by yours truly.  Then I used a black fabric to frame each block.  I hand picked the backing fabric which I quilted in the “quilt sandwich” prior to adding the hand cut binding fabric. The quilt is intentionally small so I could practice all the techniques involved to complete my next quilt project.
